The renovated rooms were nice and spacious, but the

bar area was lacking some supplies. Despite that, the bartenders Jose and Eric were fantastic, making our experience much better with their attentiveness and humor. We felt very welcomed and appreciated their efforts to keep us happy during our stay.

The staff was exceptional, especially during a challenging time, providing outstanding service which truly stood out. The rooms, including the one with a pantry kitchenette, were comfortable and clean, making relaxation easy after a long day. The laundry facility was conveniently priced, ideal for poolside guests needing to cleaning up. However, some noise from surrounding areas could be heard at times, potentially disrupting sleep. Still, this experience exceeded expectations, and I plan to return in the future.

We loved the game room and the convenient laundry service was a lifesaver. Dana and Krisia provided refreshing water that was a true highlight after our Disney adventures!

holiday inn was a fantastic choice! it’s super close to the food truck area and just across from fun spot. the staff was really friendly, especially dana at check-in, who helped me get some water and local restaurant coupons. perfect for a relaxing break from the disney parks!

The staff was exceptionally helpful, particularly Angelica at the front desk, who ensured a smooth check-in experience and upgraded my room. The modern room was well-equipped with a comfortable king bed, providing an excellent space for unwinding after work. Conveniently located near major attractions, the hotel offered easy access to dining and entertainment options.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Kissimmee! The staff offered friendly service, particularly during breakfast which added a touch of warmth. The location near attractions made it easy to explore. I noticed some cleanliness issues needing attention during my visit.

Great stay near Disney!

The Queen Room had a mini fridge, microwave, and a large flat-screen TV. Super clean with nice bathrooms. The pool area was well-kept. There’s a hot tub. The breakfast buffet was great. plenty of options. Located only about 10 minutes from Disney parks and walking distance to nearby restaurants. Free parking was a plus.

Great stay with comfy beds

We had a nice 2-night stay. The staff was super friendly. Our first room had a door issue, but they quickly got us into a better one with a bigger balcony. Super close to attractions, and the beds were just crazy comfy.

Kissimmee's food scene is a treasure trove! Just a hop away, I found amazing eats—Havana Kiss Cuban Café was an explosion of flavors. Plus, the hotel breakfast staff made early mornings a delight with lovely service.

But let’s keep it real, the room had a funky mildew smell. The tub was a renovation disaster—just spray paint over water damage. And the TV?

We had a lovely stay with a super comfy king room and enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The outdoor pool and the jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding after a long day at the parks. The only small issue was a slightly damp spot near the AC, but maintenance was quick to fix it. 🌞

We loved the pool area, super clean and chill vibes. Plus, the free shuttle to Disney is majorly convenient. Damaris was amazing, always checking in on us with a smile, which really made our stay special.
